Getting to the Palais des Congrès in Biel/Bienne!
Located in the city centre, the Palais des Congrès is one of Biel/Bienne's most iconic buildings. Inaugurated in the 1960s, it stands out for its modern architecture and large glass façade.
By plane
The nearest international airports are Zurich, Geneva and Basel-Mulhouse. From each of these airports, direct train connections will take you to Biel/Bienne railway station in around 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes
By train or bus
Biel railway station is just a few minutes' walk away, making it easy to arrive by train from anywhere in Switzerland. Buses VB-TPB 1 (Stadien), 2 (Place d'Orpond), 3/4 (Bois-Devant) and 6 (Centre hospitalier) serve the area directly.
By car
Access via Rue Centrale. A covered underground car park with 496 paid spaces (Place Esplanade) is available on site.
On foot or by bike
The site is easily accessible thanks to a well-developed network of pedestrian and cycle paths.
