Jonas Zenhausern
Jonas Zenhäusern, the conference chair, studied law and economics at the University of Bern, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree and a teaching qualification in business studies in 1993.
He then worked in teaching and academic research and, since 2006, has served as a matriculation examiner at several schools in Upper Valais. In 1995, he founded the company APINATURA Jonas Zenhäusern, which specialises in beekeeping, bee products and cosmetics.

Dr. Kabli Tarik
Dental Surgeon. Having obtained a PhD from the University of Montpellier in 2013, he practises as a dental surgeon at a private practice in Nantes and at Poitiers University Hospital. His practice focuses on oral surgery, with expertise in osteonecrosis of the jaw and implant surgery.

A graduate of the Faculty of Agriculture at Ege University. Full professor at the same university. Recipient of the Golden Bee Award (2015) and the International Book Award (2021). Member of the Honey Specialisation Sub-Committee of the Turkish Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, and member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Scientific Association for Apitherapy of the International Federation of Beekeepers’ Organisations (Apimondia).

Roch Domerego
Graduate in agriculture and bee biology. Permanent visiting professor at the Calixto Garcia Medical University in Havana, Cuba, since 2003. President of the European Association of Living Beekeeping since 1995. Vice-President of ROBEEC Ltd, a Rwandan organic honey production company, since 2020. Consultant on various projects for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the European Commission and the International Beekeeping Organisation (Apimondia).

Dr Philippe Garcia
A veterinary surgeon specialising in ophthalmology, osteopathy and medicine based on bee products. He also treats horses and farm animals.

Edith Bruchez
Naturopath, Apitherapist, Hypnotherapist. Practises bioresonance, energy healing and therapeutic tuning forks.

Claudia Perle
BIOBEE – Naturopathic health consultancy, specialising in phytopharmacology and apitherapy. Elected member of the board of directors of the German Association for Apitherapy.

Mohamed Faid

Rosemarie Bort
